Why We Started

Primetegrity Homes was founded on a simple belief: the homebuilding process should feel as rewarding as the moment you walk through the door for the first time.

Too many buyers, especially first-timers, reach closing day exhausted. Surprise fees. Unanswered calls. A punch list of things that should have been finished weeks ago. The process that was supposed to feel exciting ends up feeling overwhelming.

We built Primetegrity to change that.

Based in the Rio Grande Valley, we deliver clean-finish, detail-driven homes where nothing gets skipped and every expectation is set upfront. From budget to timeline to the final walkthrough, clients know exactly what to expect — because transparency isn't a tagline here, it's how we operate.

Led by Someone Who's Actually On the Job

At Primetegrity, you're not passed from person to person. You work directly with the people building your home, starting with Vince and Drew.

Vince Guerra brings hands-on leadership and real accountability to every build. He's involved from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, and that involvement shows up in the homes. When something needs attention, it gets handled, both during construction and after move-in. No runarounds. No radio silence. Just direct communication and follow-through.

Drew brings the operational backbone that keeps every project running clean. With experience managing dozens of projects at a time, he knows what it takes to keep a build structured, on track, and moving forward without chaos. Together, Vince and Drew make sure nothing falls through the cracks throughout the entire process.
